Paring Estate Pinot Gris 2020 A wine that has bright fruit flavours and a textured palate. To achieve this style, the tank is fermented two thirds of the juice at low temperatures, which allows the aromas and fresh fruit flavours to develop. The remaining juice is barrel fermented with wild yeast, which adds texture and complexity. The nose is classically varietal. Aromas of green apple and pear lead on to a palate which is much richer and more mouth filling than previous vintages. The finish is long and dry.
